The heat pump air conditioning systems in new energy vehicles demand higher electrical stability, while the coordinated control of battery thermal management and air conditioning systems requires wiring harnesses with robust signal processing capabilities. We have proactively focused on the R&D of new energy wiring harnesses. Our self-developed high-voltage air conditioning wiring harness adopts an integrated waterproof design, with insulation resistance exceeding 1000MΩ and the ability to withstand 600V high-voltage impacts. It is fully compatible with 800V high-voltage platform models, providing core support for improving the air conditioning energy efficiency of new energy vehicles.
